Partner B: Walking Recovery
When Partner A Finishes, Partner B Completes A 0.1 Mile All Out Run While Partner A Does A Walking Recovery
Each Round Increase The Incline By 1%

Partner A - 20 X Power Strokes While Partner B Rest
Partner B - 20 X Medicine Ball Power Press
Last 30 Sec: Partner A Does 30 Sec All Out Row, Partner B Does Medicine Ball Power Press
Block 2 - 4.5 Minutes
Keep Same Partners From Block 1
Partner B: 20 X Power Strokes While Partner A Rests
Partner A - 20 X Medicine Ball Power Press
Last 30 Sec: Partner B Does 30 Sec All Out Row, Partner A Does Medicine Ball Power Press
