Remember Highest Incline



Block 2 - 10.5 Minutes

0.1 Mile Run @ Highest Incline From Block 1

0.1 Mile Run Take 1% From The Incline Until 1%

20 Total X Alt Jump Lunge

20 Total X High Knees

600m Push Row

Run For Distance @ 1%

Last 30 Sec All Out (Either Rower Or Treadmill)


Weight Floor

Block 1 - 10.5 Minutes

10 Total X Bosu Kneeling Alt Shoulder Press

2 Rounds Of Work & Active Recovery:
