Treadmill / Weight Floor – Complete 5 Rounds

15 – Medicine Ball – Squat Jump To Front Press
15 - Medicine Ball – Iso Squat Front Press
15 - Medicine Ball – Abdominal Rotations
Partner 2 – Complete 5 Rounds
Rower / Weight Floor - Complete 5 Rounds
300 Meter Row
15 - Dumbbell – Bicep Curls
15 - Dumbbell – Front Squat With Weight
10 - Dumbbell – Overhead Press
10 - Dumbbell – Sumo Squat To Jump Squat
Whichever partner finishes their 5 rounds first sets the pace and you switch, even if the other partner has not completed 5 rounds. When one partner gets through 5 times after switching stations, the weight floor is eliminated, and you just switch back and forth from tread to rower with your partner.
