Increase Incline 1% Each Min Until 6%

Walking Recovery

Repeat Above But In Reverse



Rower / Weight Floor

Block 1

2 Minute Row For Distance

Complex:

6 - Deadlifts

6 - Hip Hinge Low Row

6 - Squats To Bicep Curls

6 - Neutral Half Thrusters

12/16/20/24 - Running Man

Repeat Until Time Is Called



Block 2

90 Second Row

6 (Each Side) - Lateral Bench Step Ups

6 (Each Side) - Single Arm Half Sit-Up

12 - Plank Pull Throughs

Repeat Reducing Row By 30 Seconds Each Time
