Block 2 - 8.5 minutes
Buy-in: 300m row (22 - 24 strokes / minute) once only
Work & rest:
12 x chest press, rest
12 x sumo squat, rest
12 total x goblet alt lateral lunge, rest
Block 3 - 4.5 minutes circuit
12 x shoulder press
12 x squat to bicep curl
12 total x alt forward lunge
Repeat until finisher: 1 minute of member’s choice of either the shoulder press, squat to bicep curl or alt forward lunge
