Signature Workout - Catch Me If You Can
Catch Me If You Can is a 22 Minute Treadmill Challenge. The Coach will call out a minimum distance at different time intervals. If you are not at that distance you have been “Caught” and will head to the Rowers for the rest of the block. In the previous Catch Me If You Can challenges you had to sustain an 8.4 average treadmill speed to make it to the end.
