Tread

· Partner A starts Tread at 1%

· Partner B starts on the Row / Floor. Once they complete the Row / Floor block they tag Partner A

· Increase incline 1% on every switch until Partner A is running at a 15% incline

· Once both partners have reached 15%, the inclines decreases 1% on each switch

Block 1 - 20 reps

100m Row followed by Mountain Climbers

100m Row followed by TRX - High Row

100m Row followed by Dumbbells - Hip Hinge Swing

100m Row followed by Power Sit-up


Block 2 - 15 reps

150m Row followed by Mountain Climbers
